Role description
We are currently seeking a Technical Assurance Data Coordinator to join our Technical Assurance Design Management Team on an 18‑month fixed-term contract.
Join us in a role where data, systems and process improvement come together to support one of the UK's most ambitious restoration programmes. As a Technical Assurance Data Coordinator, you will use your analytical skills and digital expertise to improve reporting, streamline workflows and ensure critical information is accurate, accessible and trusted by teams across the programme.
Working within the Technical Assurance and Design Management team, you will play a key role in transforming manual and fragmented processes into streamlined, system-led solutions. Using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate and Aconex, you will help establish reliable reporting, improve governance information and create a single source of truth that supports effective decision-making across the programme.
This is a hands-on role that combines data management, reporting and process improvement with practical coordination and administrative support. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving trackers, registers, dashboards and reports, as well as supporting workflow across projects and providing administrative coordination where required.
Working closely with Technical Assurance, Design Management, Digital Information Management and wider programme teams, you will support identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort and improve the quality and consistency of information across multiple systems.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with the potential to grow and make a significant contribution within this uniquely challenging environment. You will bring:
• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SharePoint, with experience working with structured data and developing reports and dashboards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks, solve problems and continuously improve processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to a range of audiences
