Technical BA

Position: Technical BA Location : Brooklyn OH 44144 Contract: Approved through June 2026 Job Description: They need a senior Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience who can independently gather and translate complex business and technical requirements, write user stories/use cases, support Agile teams, optimize business processes, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with SDLC, testing, and working in complex systems—plus preferably experience in vendor integrations, data conversion, Agile tools (Jira/Confluence), and working in technology environments with change management and risk considerations. Required Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis • Proven experience in eliciting requirements (business and technical) and testing for moderately to highly complex systems • Proven experience in generating requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills • Strong team player • Ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science • Experience in vendor system integration • Experience in converting data from one system to another system. • Experience within a technology environment, including Change Management and Security & Risk considerations • Familiarity with Agile mindset, e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban approaches • Previous hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence is preferred but not mandatory • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
