Role description
We are seeking a Technical Process Analyst with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support business process automation, system integrations, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams—analyzing workflows, improving process efficiency, and supporting configuration and reporting tasks.
Experience with Power BI it’s a must , as it will enable the creation of insightful dashboards and performance metrics to support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze process and system requirements.
• Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to track user stories, backlog items, and sprint progress.
• Assist in process documentation, requirements mapping, and creating technical artifacts (BRDs, FRDs, process flows).
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment of requirements, design, and delivery.
• Support testing activities including test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking through ADO.
• (Nice to have) Build Power BI dashboards and reports for KPI tracking and management insights.
• Recommend improvements to optimize data flows, reduce manual processes, and improve automation.
• Support release coordination, change tracking, and reporting across CRM and other integrated systems.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical or Business Process Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and defect management.
• Proven experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and process documentation best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, and data governance.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, SharePoint, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or technology industries.
