Technical Business Analyst ~ Hybrid, Boston
Duration: 9-12 months
SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to support our rapidly growing Aesthetics Business Unit. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the liaison between IT and business units, gather requirements while working with the different teams within the Aesthetics BU like Veeva CRM, Loyalty programs Contracts/Pricing, SFE, IC and document the Business requirements.
• Collaborate with the vendor or implementation team to help translate the Business reqs to technical reqs.
• Assess current IT infrastructure and business processes to improve efficiency with the data quality, architecture, and data modeling.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate data by providing recommendations for validating data from diverse sources (e.g., CRM, Sales, ERP systems)
• Collaborate with the vendor team to review technical documentation including data flows, process flows, and user stories.
• Lead implementation teams for new software enhancements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are functionally accurate.
• Lead discussions to implement automated dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, Tableau for stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations that improve product adoption.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data modeling
• Business requirements analysis ideally in the Dermatology, pharmaceutical industry.
• Expert-level SQL skills; strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
• Strong understanding working with Cloud based data warehouse like Databricks, Snowflake specifically Lakehouse Architecture, strong understanding of Master data management process, experience with Agile methodologies.
