Role: Technical Business Analyst

Contract Position
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development and DevOps teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Manage and optimize artifact repositories using Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure traceability of requirements through testing and deployment phases.
• Participate in change management and risk mitigation planning.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and basic scripting (Python, Shell).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
