Technical Business Analyst - Azure, Insurance, Large Transformation Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35) London / Hybrid 6 months My client is actively recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst with proven experience of working on large, complex Enterprise-scale Transformation Projects / Programmes, strong knowledge of Cloud Migrations (Azure) and a demonstrable background in highly regulated Insurance / Financial Services organisations. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on large, complex Enterprise-scale Transformation Projects / Programmes • Ability to demonstrate a broad range of complex Projects / Programmes delivered on, within fast-paced and heavily regulated (Insurance / Financial Services) environments • Previous experience of working on Cloud focused (Azure) Projects / Programmes • Ability to provide thorough Technical Analysis and have a strong understanding of underlying Infrastructure services and platform(s) - 'As Is' and 'To Be' • Capability to converse confidently with Technical Engineers etc • Ability to communicate confidently with Business Stakeholders and non-Technical audiences to explain how things will be when Migration has taken place • Ability to understand and discuss the Operating Model with key stakeholders • Strong understanding of Security and Non-Functional Requirements • Exceptional communication skills • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Collaborative, proactive, flexible and agile approach to work and projects Nice to have: Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst with focus of On-Prem to Cloud (Azure) Migration(s) • Strong knowledge of Windows Infrastructure • Azure certification • Immediate availability Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
