Role: Technical Business Analyst (Banking) Location: Frisco,TX (Only Locals) Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Description • We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in business and technical analysis, preferably within the banking and payments sector. • The ideal candidate will possess the analytical skills necessary to bridge the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic objectives. • Conduct thorough business and technical analysis to define requirements for projects and initiatives. • Experience in the banking, PCI, or payments industry. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs and technical requirements. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. • Utilize DB/SQL to query and manipulate data for analysis purposes. • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions. • Engage in Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, and facilitating meetings as needed. • Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analysis of data-related projects and issues. • Assist in the identification and resolution of any issues that may arise during the project life cycle. -- Thanks & Regards HAN IT STAFFING Chigiri Rohith Reddy Sr.Technical Recruiter 100 Wood Ave S, Suite 102, Iselin NJ, 08830
