Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems
for an On-Site opportunity. Candidate will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the company’s Human Resources systems, primarily focused on the SAP platform and related company systems
Required Qualifications of the Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems:
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• 3+ years of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) experience
• 5+ years of experience with SC HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications of the Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with industry-standard information security practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of IT development and implementation projects.
Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems:
• Analyze and document HR, financial, and administrative processes within SAP and other platforms.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements using SAP functionalities.
• Support system lifecycle activities including validation, configuration, and change management.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop comprehensive system documentation and user training materials.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and related collaboration content.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Excel, Power BI).
• Conduct audits and compliance checks to support decision-making and operational integrity.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline workflows and automate manual processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage communication, and track project progress.
Work Location: Onsite in Columbia 4 Days a week
