Role description
Hybrid Role at San Francisco, CA Long Term Contract Primary Responsibilities Β· Document Business Requirements and translated into development user stories. Partner with QA and Testing Teams to ensure adherence to requirements. Β· Lead working sessions/reviews to effectively document functional and nonfunctional processes and requirements to support the Bank’s strategic projects. Β· Collaborate with the Bank’s architecture and development teams to implement functional designs that ensure applications meet approved business requirements and supports the overall IT design principles. Β· Construct current and future state process and data flows to ensure alignment between business and technology teams Β· Collaborate on design and implementation techniques to adequately integrate system and business processes by interpreting user needs and key stakeholder expectations. Skills/Knowledge Β· Direct experience supporting wire system conversions or payment platform implementations preferred. Β· Strong background in system integrations with hands on experience in data mapping, interface documentation, and end to end payment workflows preferred. Β· Knowledge of Fedwire wire messaging formats and payment controls preferred. Β· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Business analysis certification from IIBA, or equivalent certification from an accredited program, strongly preferred. Β· Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in Business Analysis and Planning in a large, regulated financial services company, preferably in banking/financial services environment. Β· Minimum of five years of experience in both vendor-packaged system implementation and custom-developed solutions, with experience involving development, project management, testing and/or quality assurance preferred. Β· Minimum of five years of experience with multiple aspects of a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or development methodologies/analysis frameworks (e.g. SAFeAgile, SCRUM) Key Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate on the design and implementation of system and business processes. β€’ Lead analysis sessions to document functional and non-functional requirements. β€’ Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. β€’ Partner with architecture and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. β€’ Support feasibility analyses and cost/benefit studies for technical solutions. β€’ Contribute to a knowledge repository for business analysis.
