Technical Business Analyst (CRE/Asset Management)

Responsibilities Kforce's direct client has an immediate need for a Technical Business Analyst with Real Estate / Asset Management industry experience for a hybrid, long term (12+ months) contract position onsite in Dallas, TX (3-4 days/week) or New York, NY. Core Responsibilities: • Support IT projects for real estate and equity teams, including global team • Coordinate QuickBase integrations and data flows, including dashboarding and reporting • Gather requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard builds • Participate in ongoing RFE data analysis and automation projects • Validate data relationships and support developers in modeling and integration tasks Requirements • Targeting mid-level (7-10 years of experience); Open to sharp candidates with 5-7 years of experience • Real estate industry experience • Understanding of real estate KPIs, asset/investment data structures, and stakeholder language. • Experience with QuickBase (low/no-code SaaS; training provided if needed) • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft products is beneficial • Ability to drive requirements and validate data for dashboarding and integrations. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
