Technical Business Analyst

Hybrid – 3 days per week – Camden, NJ 08103 Job Overview: Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our client to support enterprise technology initiatives by connecting business goals with scalable technical solutions. This role focuses on gathering and translating complex requirements into clear technical documentation that drives successful system integrations and platform enhancements. The position is based in Marlton, New Jersey and follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite each week. This is a project based contract opportunity supporting cross functional technology teams. Compensation: $57 per hour Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, three days a week onsite Key Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst: • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements • Develop and maintain documentation including system requirements, interface specifications, data flows, and process diagrams • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and data teams to support system integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms • Support Agile and hybrid delivery efforts through backlog refinement, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition • Validate delivered solutions through functional testing, data validation, risk identification, and dependency tracking Qualifications and Skills for the Technical Business Analyst: • Five or more years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments • Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data models, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectures • Experience supporting Agile delivery teams with tools such as Jira and Confluence • A degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, supply chain systems, Oracle platforms, or compliance driven technology initiatives Why Join Us?
