Role description
• We’re looking for a Tech Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
• Work closely with business users (Label teams, Central Marketing teams, etc.) to gather, document, and analyze requirements
• Preferred 2+ experience, familiarity with music business trends & data tools (SQL, Python, GCP Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in a tech-focused role
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
• Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucid chart, or similar
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Looker, etc)
• Knowledge of API integration and web services
• Experience working in entertainment, media, or creative industries
Technical Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
