Role Overview
This senior-level Business Analyst will oversee complex project lifecycles, act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals. The role involves deep analysis of current workflows, defining detailed functional specifications, and facilitating effective communication to support successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, translating them into precise functional specifications for system development and upgrades
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, including SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, for process automation and efficiency enhancements
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvements and automation to optimize business performance
• Support project teams by preparing detailed business and technical documentation, including process maps, use cases, and test plans
• Develop and execute test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and document issues and resolutions
• Coordinate with technical teams to validate solutions, ensuring technical requirements are met and risks are addressed
• Prepare and present project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, artifacts, and compliance with organizational standards
• Support post-implementation review sessions to identify insights and foster continuous process optimization
Core Qualifications & Requirements
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with enterprise project exposure
• Proven expertise working with ServiceNow platform in a business analysis or process automation capacity
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements
• Experience supporting full project lifecycles including system testing, UAT, and deployment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of liaising with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience presenting project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership is preferred
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related fields
• Experience with other ITSM platforms or workflow automation tools
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience in process design and Business Process Management (BPM)
• Prior exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or process mining techniques
