Functions:
1. Ability to self-manage and prioritize work schedule per business needs
1. Strong communication, facilitation and vendor management skills
• to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum
• 4. Understanding/experience with Dealer Inventory Systems
1. Ability to communicate directly with end user (dealer) to explain technical solutions, workarounds, etc.
1. Ability to prioritize issues with business effectively
1. Ability to work flexible hours to support application launch and production outages if necessary
1. Experience with gathering business requirements and generating creative IT solutions
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1. Experience in automotive related work or industry, particularly dealer facing is a plus
- 12. Ability to create descriptive and user friendly training materials, documentation and videos- Three years experience in writing SQL Queries
• 13. Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure
1. Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
1. Ability to create detailed technical documentation and reports
1. Experienced in using project management skills such as Jira
• Job Summary:
This position will support the Inventory Solutions technology team with the discovery, development, delivery and maintenance of the FordDirect Vehicle Locator Plus application. This candidate will be responsible for solving dealer inventory issues and driving technical direction of the new inventory features. The candidate must communicate and work well in a team atmosphere to deliver quality solutions to complex business needs. The candidate needs to be able to support all aspects of the project lifecycle, including Behavior Driven Design and post-production support.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
1. Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology or business related area

3-5 Years in related position/field
2+ years experience with SQL database queries
Automotive acumen
