Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a contract opportunity.
Must be on site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office
Compensation: $40.00 - 44.00 per our, W2, depending on skill and experience level.
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, system specifications, and workflows. The role requires strong documentation skills, hands-on support for system and integration testing, and participation in risk engineering activities to support Authorizations to Operate.
Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Channel Owners, Business Units)
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices and acceptance criteria
• Produce and execute system, integration, and user acceptance test plans and test cases; coordinate testing and defect triage
• Support risk and security teams by producing evidence and documentation required for Authorizations to Operate, including control mappings, test results, and runbooks
• Maintain knowledge-base and operational documentation
• Facilitate demos and stakeholder communications
• Support release activities, post-deployment validations
• Open and track vendor support tickets for issues and follow-ups
