Technical Business Analyst

Remote | Technical Business Analyst | Full-time We are actively recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to support solution delivery across business and technical teams. This role works closely with stakeholders, Solution Delivery, and Technical Delivery resources to gather business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements that support enterprise healthcare systems and solutions. The Technical Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, supporting initiatives from concept through development and ongoing support in an Agile environment. What you’ll do • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and define requirements • Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Act as a liaison between business and technical resources • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews • Create documentation including data mappings, workflows, and technical diagrams What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, healthcare, or related field preferred • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate across business and technical audiences • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Understanding of relational databases, data flows, and system integrations • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills "Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled"
