Technical Business Analyst
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on requirements analysis, BI dashboards, analytics (Google Analytics), and solution alignment, particularly within data-driven and technology-led environments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and capable of translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Technical Analysis
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Analyze existing systems and recommend optimized, scalable solutions
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and delivery timelines
BI, Dashboards & Analytics
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Work with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) to track metrics, user behavior, and performance
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Provide insights to support planning, execution, and decision-making
Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, reviews, and refinements
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and change requests
• Support release planning and production deployments
Testing, Validation & Quality
• Support and coordinate UAT, system validations, and demos
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and adherence to quality standards
• Maintain clear documentation and traceability across requirements
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience translating business needs into technical and functional documentation
• Good understanding of systems, APIs, and data flows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives in parallel
Good to Have
• Experience in financial services, analytics, or regulated environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Basic SQL or data querying experience
