Role description
Technical Business Analyst role will be responsible for implementation of product enhancements and production support of 1:1 Messaging. Triage of incidents, change requests and support tasks and data analysis as it relates to production support.
Essential Job Functions:
Support a data driven products, ability to work with inbound/outbound data sets, file schedules, monitoring, databases, and updating business requirements documentations.
• Three years of experience in writing SQL queries
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL DB, GCP Cloud SQL or AWS Amazon RDS and/or Databricks
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experienced in using project management tools such as Jira
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
• Minimum Qualification and Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.
• Three years of experience in writing SQL queries
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience creating/executing queries in Databricks environment is a plus
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong facilitation skills
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
• Extreme attention to detail
• Experience within a customer or technical support environment
• Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
• Proven data driven decision-making skills
