Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master / Technical Business Analyst with a strong blend of Agile delivery leadership and technical acumen in Java and SQL. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — facilitating sprint ceremonies, translating business requirements into actionable technical stories, and ensuring timely, high-quality software delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8–10 years of total experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in Scrum Master and/or Technical BA roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies (Scrum certification preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Java-based systems — ability to understand application logic, APIs, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, concise technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
