Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Networking / Security) Location: Rochester, MN (Hybrid – ~50% onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract Schedule: 40 hours/week Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a large-scale network security and device segmentation program. This role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and business requirements related to MSS and Telecom device segmentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts and experience working closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams, while driving clear and structured documentation. Key Responsibilities β€’ Identify and document MSS and Telecom device inventories, attributes, ownership, and operational context β€’ Analyze communication flows, dependencies, and use cases to support segmentation enforcement β€’ Translate technical discussions into clear business and technical requirements β€’ Develop documentation including requirements, validation criteria, and process workflows β€’ Support validation efforts by confirming proper segmentation and communication pathways β€’ Maintain traceability between device inventories, segmentation rules, and operational outcomes β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Network, Security, Telecom, and Operations β€’ Contribute to standardized processes, documentation, and onboarding workflows Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field β€’ 2+ years of experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst β€’ Experience supporting infrastructure, networking, or security projects β€’ Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) β€’ Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP networking, routing, firewalling, segmentation) β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with network segmentation, access controls, or zero trust frameworks β€’ Familiarity with ServiceNow (CMDB) β€’ Experience working with telecom or device-based environments β€’ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation Key Skills β€’ Networking & Infrastructure β€’ Telecom β€’ Requirements Analysis & Documentation β€’ Data Analysis & Root Cause Analysis β€’ Stakeholder Communication β€’ Process Improvement Work Environment β€’ Hybrid role with flexibility (onsite presence required as needed) β€’ Highly collaborative, working with security, network, and operations teams β€’ Fast-paced environment with strong focus on execution and documentation Pride Global and its affiliates offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
