Role Overview
An experienced Technical Business Analyst is required to translate business needs into technical solutions. This role involves analyzing complex data, defining system requirements, and collaborating with both technical and business teams. The objective is to ensure successful implementation and system integration while aligning technology investments with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Perform data analysis to support solution design.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and clarification for development teams.
• Identify areas for process and system improvement.
• Mitigate technology risks associated with projects.
• Assist in ensuring that technology investments align with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in critical analysis to communicate with partners and extract relevant information to understand requirements.
• A strong combination of analytical and technical knowledge to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority and technical abilities.
• Project management skills with an ability to prioritize requirements.
• Experience delivering solutions within a large, complex corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong overall IT knowledge and an understanding of business relationship requirements.
• Exposure to process management and risks and controls.
