Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with strong SQL and Data Warehousing experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of Business Analysis experience with solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-driven initiatives.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from data warehouses.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design and support reporting and analytics solutions.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Create clear documentation, process flows, and data mappings.
Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in data-centric environments.
Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with data warehouse concepts (e.g., star schema, ETL).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—must be able to explain technical details to business users.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
Python experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work on-site in Stamford, Connecticut.
