Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Analyst to support enterprise data platforms within a growing data management organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable data capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and stakeholder management experience to help define product features, analyze data, and improve adoption of enterprise data solutions. Responsibilities: • Gather and translate business requirements into technical platform capabilities. • Partner with stakeholders to define product features and enhancements. • Perform SQL analysis to support business decisions. • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout delivery. • Help manage product priorities and roadmap initiatives. • Analyze enterprise datasets and identify opportunities for improvement. • Support adoption of data platforms across business teams. Role Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. • Strong SQL skills. • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms or databases. • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Financial services experience within Asset Management, Banking, Capital Markets, or Investment Management. • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Nice to Have: • Snowflake experience. • Product Management experience. • AI tool exposure. • Experience supporting investment businesses such as Fixed Income, Equities, Private Wealth, or Alternatives.
