Role description
Must be on Aneka W2
Technical Business Analyst (BA)
Preferably onsite in Dallas (4 days/week), but New York (3 days/week) is acceptable

Core Responsibilities:
Support IT projects for real estate and equity teams, including Japan team.
Coordinate Quickbase integrations and data flows, including dashboarding and reporting.
Gather requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard builds.
Participate in ongoing RFE data analysis and automation projects.
Validate data relationships and support developers in modeling and integration tasks.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Quickbase (low/no-code SaaS; training provided if needed).
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft products is beneficial.
Ability to drive requirements and validate data for dashboarding and integrations.
Industry Experience:
Real estate industry experience strongly preferred; financial background is acceptable.
Understanding of real estate KPIs, asset/investment data structures, and stakeholder language.
Seniority:
Targeting mid-level (7β10 yearsβ experience); open to sharp candidates with 5β7 years.
