Technical Delivery Manager - Cloud Compliance & Financial Crime Platforms Location: London / Hybrid Contract: 6-month initial contract (likely extension) Rate: Competitive We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of strategic IT programmes focused on compliance and financial crime platforms, including Actimize SAM-10 Cloud. You'll define programme objectives, drive cloud platform adoption, and oversee multiple delivery streams, working closely with internal teams and external vendors. What You'll Do • Lead programme planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment. • Oversee cloud platform deployment, integration, and adoption. • Analyse and optimise business processes for efficiency, compliance, and resilience. • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, outcome-focused culture. What We're Looking For • 10+ years in Financial Services with experience in compliance/financial crime technology delivery. • Hands-on experience with Actimize SAM-10 Cloud and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). • Strong technical background (C#, SQL, APIs, JSON/XML) and knowledge of modern data architectures. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
