Technical Implementations Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (High potential for Full-time conversion)
About The Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Technical Implementations Lead to support exciting healthcare technology projects. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead technical implementations, solve complex integration challenges, and help customers successfully deploy scalable healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical implementation projects for enterprise healthcare customers.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support platform solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Support teams.
• Provide technical guidance on integrations, APIs, scripting, and solution design.
• Work with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, and OpenID Connect.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support RFIs/RFPs and participate in on-call support rotation when needed.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience with Java and JavaScript development.
• Strong experience with Spring, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
• 3+ years delivering software solutions in collaborative environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, or CCDA.
• Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, MongoDB, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Healthcare industry experience is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
