Role description
.Net Technical Lead Summary In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable1 web applications and user interfaces using the .NET framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions2 that meet business needs. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities Include β€’ Design, develop, and maintain web applications and user interfaces using .NET technologies (e.g., C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, Blazor). β€’ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. β€’ Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services. β€’ Implement responsive and user-friendly UI designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Bootstrap). β€’ Work with databases (e.g., SQL Server, NoSQL databases) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework Core). β€’ Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality. β€’ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. β€’ Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments. β€’ Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. β€’ Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies and trends. β€’ Potentially mentoring junior developers. β€’ Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Education And/or Experience β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred. β€’ 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on web and UI development. β€’ Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, VB Script, MVC/Core and related .NET technologies. β€’ Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. β€’ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Bootstrap). β€’ Experience with RESTful API design and development. β€’ Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, NoSQL databases) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework Core). β€’ Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT). β€’ Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). β€’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
