Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong Node.js API development and AWS experience . The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and able to lead Agile/Scrum activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop APIs using Node.js
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform
• Troubleshoot and optimize AWS applications for performance and cost
• Act as a hands-on Scrum Master and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
• Node.js (6–9 years, Advanced)
• Strong AWS experience
• API development and integration
• Experience with MongoDB
• Agile/Scrum leadership experience
• P&C Insurance domain experience
