Technical Lead - Azure, C#

Job Title: C# Technical Lead – Azure (.NET) Location: Summit, NJ/New York City, NY We are looking for an experienced C# Technical Lead with a strong background in .NET and Microsoft Azure to join a leading Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance project. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll lead development efforts while actively designing, building, and deploying enterprise applications on Azure. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using C#/.NET and .NET Core. • Develop and deploy cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure. • Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, microservices, and system integrations. • Work with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL, Storage, and Azure DevOps. • Drive CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, and application modernization initiatives. • Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. • Support cloud migration and enhancement initiatives for enterprise applications. Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core. • Experience leading development teams as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior .NET Engineer. • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure. • Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, backend development, and integrations. • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding practices. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
