Technical Lead - Golang 💰 £550 per day (Inside IR35) 📍London (3 days per week onsite) 📅 12-Month Contract Our client is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of modern applications built with Golang, Azure, and Microservices. You'll provide technical leadership across Agile teams, mentor engineers, and help shape scalable, resilient, and secure platforms. You'll lead engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle, providing architectural direction while remaining hands-on with solution design and technical delivery. Responsibilities • Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native applications. • Develop scalable Golang microservices. • Define solution architecture and technical standards. • Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews. • Build resilient distributed systems. • Design REST APIs and enterprise integrations. • Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders. • Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices. • Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement. • Ensure high levels of scalability, security, and performance.
