Job Title: Technical Lead - Full Stack Development (AI/ML) Type: Contract Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in full-stack development, data platforms, and Python application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies such as Claude code, Co-pilot, and GenAI. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable and efficient software applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical innovation. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Python, with a focus on data-driven platforms β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements β€’ Develop and maintain large-scale data platforms, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance β€’ Design and implement AI/ML models using Claude code, Co-pilot, and GenAI, and integrate them with existing applications β€’ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices and coding standards β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects β€’ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and API documentation Requirements: β€’ 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python application development β€’ Strong experience with data platforms, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance β€’ Hands-on experience with Claude code, Co-pilot, and GenAI, with a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications β€’ Excellent knowledge of software development principles, patterns, and practices β€’ Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud β€’ Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban β€’ Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Nice to Have: β€’ Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes β€’ Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment β€’ Familiarity with data science tools and technologies, including Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow, and PyTorch β€’ Experience with cybersecurity principles and practices, including secure coding and vulnerability management This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all responsibilities, duties, or activities that are required.
