Technical Lead

Job Title – Technical Lead (React & Python) Location: Santa Clara, CA(On site) , Local candidate only Visa: USC and GC only $55/hr C2C or 1099(Max) Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with: o React.js o JavaScript / TypeScript o Python o REST APIs & microservices • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery models • Understanding of modern frontend architecture and backend integration patterns Program Management Skills • Proven experience managing large-scale application development programs • Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience • Experience managing distributed/global teams • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with enterprise clients in Silicon Valley environments • Prior experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models • Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud-native applications is a plus • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Experience Required • 10+ years of overall IT experience • 3+ years in Program Management / Delivery Management roles • Strong technical background in React and Python development \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Location Requirement • Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Santa Clara, CA • Ability to work closely with client stakeholders onsite • Flexibility to coordinate with offshore India teams across time zones
