Key Responsibilities
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and delivery
• Manage distributed teams across the US and India
• Define scalable API-first and event-driven architecture
• Drive ISO 20022 and SWIFT payment modernization
• Enable AI-assisted development and migration
• Improve platform reliability, monitoring, and observability
Required Skills
• 12–18 years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong payments domain knowledge (ISO 20022, SWIFT)
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Microservices, Kafka, and Databases
• Strong architecture and reusable design skills
• Experience modernizing Mainframe and DB2 systems
