Are you an experienced technical leader with a passion for enterprise-scale platform architecture and innovative solutions? We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of a cutting-edge Cloud Core Release Certification Hub. This strategic enterprise platform will centralize release impact analysis, test automation, data quality validation, defect management, compliance reporting, and executive decision support across cloud and Oracle platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to define and build a high-impact platform that integrates AI-enabled recommendations, governance, traceability, and DevSecOps best practices. As the technical authority, you will lead architecture decisions, drive strategic integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a scalable, secure, and resilient solution. This hands-on, senior-level role offers the chance to influence enterprise transformation initiatives and work with emerging technologies in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall technical architecture and implementation strategy for the Cloud Core Release Certification Hub.
• Define and oversee application integration patterns, data models, analytics, security, and AI architecture.
• Establish and govern data models supporting release requirements, test cases, defect tracking, and audit artifacts.
• Design integrations with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Oracle platforms, defect management systems, identity providers, and test data solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to set coding standards, API standards, observability practices, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical decision meetings, and design sessions across multiple workstreams.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers, architects, data scientists, and DevOps teams.
• Partner with product owners, quality engineering leaders, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with certification and compliance goals.
• Support platform scalability, operational readiness, security, and maintainability efforts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance test automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making capabilities.
• Drive documentation, architecture artifacts, and technical roadmaps to ensure clarity and alignment.
Top Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior technical leadership roles (Solution Architect, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer)
• Proven expertise designing and implementing enterprise-scale platforms with complex integrations, large data volumes, and multiple stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps), and modern software delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with security controls, observability, monitoring, and operational support strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical strategies to executive-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Release Management platforms
• Background in financial services, banking, or regulated industries
• Experience developing AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, machine learning, or recommendation engines
• Knowledge of Oracle Banking platforms, Zafin, and enterprise testing ecosystems
• Familiarity with test data management solutions such as GenRocket or similar
• Experience working within DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Developer Experience teams
• Agile certification or experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
