Role Summary
Hands-on Technical Lead responsible for designing, building, and scaling Adobe-based marketing and personalization solutions. Drives real-time data activation, platform integration, and engineering excellence across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and implementation across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Target)
Design and build real-time personalization and journey orchestration solutions
Own data architecture, schema design, and integrations (API, streaming, batch)
Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations
Provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams and review code/design
Partner with product, data, and business teams for solution delivery
Required Experience
7+ years in MarTech engineering/architecture
Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform & ecosystem
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, automation, and cloud (AWS preferred)
Knowledge of personalization, CDP, and campaign orchestration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
