Role description
Lead end-to-end design & delivery of a digital portal using Guidewire Jutro. Own UX/UI components, domain-driven frontend architecture, and secure integration with PolicyCenter services. Act as onshore technical lead across PC Product, UX, and API teams with hands-on development ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define Jutro component architecture, theming & standards
• Integrate REST APIs / Integration Gateway (JWT, observability, error handling)
• Develop, unit test & deliver user stories
• Drive accessibility, localization & design system governance
• Lead code reviews, CI/CD pipelines & release processes
• Translate business needs into technical epics & manage offshore coordination
Required Experience:
• 9–12 years frontend experience (5+ years Jutro)
• Strong in React, TypeScript, Guidewire Jutro
• API integration, CI/CD, performance & accessibility
