Role description
As a Technical Marketing Data Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team for marketing operations or other operational data flows involving segmentation or operational SQL execution Experience: - • 10+ years Location: - Remote work / PST hours (Candidates must reside in or be authorized to work in the United States) Educational Qualifications: - • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Mandatory Skills • Strong SQL skills • Exposure to marketing operations or other operational data flows involving segmentation or operational SQL execution • Exposure to Martech stack such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Message Gears, or equivalent • Understanding of Health Care data concepts – enrollments, claims, etc at high-level Good to have skills: - • Exposure to AI + Agentic workflows • Use of DBT to formalize SQL into version controlled data products • System thinkers – focus on automation and repeatability • Data testing expertise Responsibilities: - • Responsible for ongoing operations of marketing campaigns; pulling audiences, creating segments, interacting w/ Message Gears + Marketing systems to send • Operational focus, formalizing SQL workflows into enterprise products • Will pair w/ current marketing analysts to refactor work into DBT moving forward
