BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Operations for a Remote opportunity Position Title: Technical Product Operations Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: 02/5/2026 Expected Duration: 06 Months Job Type: Contract – [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)] Job Description: Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience with particular focus on technical product operations • Proficient in SQL – able to write advanced queries including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations • Experience with AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows – comfortable prompting and iterating with AI tools to accelerate work • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets – able to create detailed, step-by-step documentation, complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated workflows • Strong multi-tasking abilities with demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously • Self-starter mentality – able to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward without close supervision • Eager to learn new tools, technologies, and domains quickly; adapts to changing technical requirements • Effective critical thinking and experience leveraging data to anticipate and unblock problems and drive solutions • Proven time-management and organizational skills Must-Have Skills 1 8+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program management 2 Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, transformations). Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows 3 Expert in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (complex formulas, documentation, automation). Nice-to-have Skills 1 Experience with VS Code or similar development environments., Vibe Coding (low-code/no-code prototyping, AI-assisted code generation). 2 Dashboard/data visualization experience (Unidash, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, and data infrastructure. 3 Background in QA, triage operations, or ML/AI validation.
