Technical Product Owner

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Product Owner where you'll oversee innovative data and analytics solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely while occasionally collaborating onsite. Your role will strategically guide product visions to fruition through effective collaboration and agile methodologies. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure vision execution through backlog items. • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing alignment with company goals and ensuring technical feasibility. • Create detailed user stories for API development and facilitate agile ceremonies to deliver impactful features. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and streamline deliverables. • Engage with data stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure products meet business objectives. Skills • Strong background in product ownership and enterprise application integration, ideally within HRIS or insurance sectors. • Proficiency in writing technical documentation for APIs and data transformation workflows. • Excellent grasp of data lineage and processing stages. • Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage diverse audiences. Preferred Skills • Experience with platforms like Workday, ADP, or cloud-native environments such as AWS or Azure. • Knowledge of data visualization tools and methodologies. • Background in data governance and quality management. • Holding an Agile certification would be advantageous.
