Key Responsibilit • iesServe as the Product Owner for Oracle FSDF data sourcing and integration initiati • vesOwn and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, and roadmap development in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environme • ntsPartner with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to define and prioritize data sourcing requirements supporting Oracle F • SDFGather, document, and validate business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance crite • riaDrive alignment between source systems, Oracle FSDF data models, and downstream reporting, analytics, and enterprise applicati • onsCollaborate with development, QA, and business teams during design, build, testing, and deployment pha • sesLead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demonstrati • onsOversee data sourcing, data mapping, transformation, and integration activities supporting FSDF subject ar • easEnsure data quality, completeness, lineage, governance, and reconciliation across source-to-target proces • sesWork closely with data architects and SMEs to understand FSDF data models, business rules, and regulatory reporting requireme • ntsIdentify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting delivery timeli • nesSupport documentation, reporting, and collaboration using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office to • olsDrive continuous improvement through Agile best practices, lean principles, and effective product management techniq ues Requireme • nts: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Business Analyst supporting enterprise data sourcing initia • tivesPrior experience serving as a Product Owner on Oracle FSDF (Financial Services Data Foundation) implementations or enhance • mentsExperience working with Oracle FSDF data models, subject areas, and financial services data do • mainsStrong knowledge of data architecture, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping methodol • ogiesExperience supporting regulatory reporting, risk, finance, or enterprise data warehouse initia • tivesProficiency with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office • toolsStrong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum and K • anbanProven ability to collaborate across business, data engineering, architecture, QA, and operations • teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation s • killsPreferred Qualifica • tionsExperience within banking, financial services, or highly regulated indus tries
