Overview LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Techno-Functional Data Analyst who will play a hands-on role in translating business data requirements into actionable solutions. Working across Informatica, Databricks, and Power BI, this individual will support the expansion of the organization's data infrastructure — from standardizing Master Data Management (MDM) practices to building out a Databricks-based data lake and delivering reporting that drives decision-making. The Data Analyst will contribute to a broader organizational shift from siloed, application-specific data toward a mature, standardized data ecosystem with consistent data products and AI-readiness. Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate data requirements into technical solutions • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support business decision-making and operational visibility • Support the expansion and configuration of the Informatica landscape, including MDM and IDMC platforms • Ingest, transform, and prepare raw data within the Databricks data lake for downstream reporting and analytics • Contribute to data standardization efforts, helping migrate the organization from siloed data toward consistent, reusable data products • Perform data analysis, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability across data sources • Support the organization's readiness for AI solutions by ensuring data is clean, governed, and structured for advanced use cases Qualifications • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong technical foundation in data platforms and reporting tools • Working knowledge of Informatica, with MDM and IDMC experience preferred • Experience with Databricks for data lake ingestion, transformation, and preparation • Proficiency in Power BI for building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations • Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand their requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and governance
