Job Title: Technology Services Specialist I Location: New York, NY 10017 Duration: 12+ Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Job Description โ€ข We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team. โ€ข This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards to support Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Performance and other HCM modules. โ€ข The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Reporting tools and a strong understanding of HR data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Job Responsibilities โ€ข Design, build, and maintain simple to complex reports and dashboards within Workday, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, metrics/KPI s and Dashboards using Workday Report writer, worksheets, Discovery Boards and Slides and other tools available. โ€ข Maintain the catalog of available standard and custom reports, including calculated fields in related business objects. โ€ข Optimize existing reports to improve efficiency and user experience. โ€ข Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions. โ€ข Work with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into Workday reports. โ€ข Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making. โ€ข Identify trends and anomalies within HR data. โ€ข Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions with Workday modules. โ€ข Maintain Workday security settings related to reporting access and permissions. โ€ข Perform rigorous testing of new and modified reports to ensure data integrity. โ€ข Troubleshoot reporting issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. โ€ข Provide training and documentation on Workday reporting tools for HR and business users. โ€ข Offer ongoing support and guidance on how to utilize reports effectively. โ€ข Support audit and compliance reporting needs via Workday. Required Skills & Experience โ€ข Minimum three plus (3) + years of experience working with Workday Reporting tools. โ€ข Experience in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management functions. โ€ข Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation. โ€ข Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Prism, and Dashboards. โ€ข Strong understanding of Workday data structures across Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting and creating and maintaining Prism data pipelines โ€ข Strong problem-solving mindset with proven ability to analyze technical and functional issues independently. โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. โ€ข Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills & Experience โ€ข Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations. Required Education โ€ข Bachelor degree. OR โ€ข Four (4) years of related work experience.
