Hiring: Techno-Functional Fenergo Business Analyst Location: Remote (US / Canada) Duration: 6+ Months Work Authorization: USC, GC & Canadian Citizen About the Role We are looking for a Techno-Functional Fenergo Business Analyst with strong expertise in Client Onboarding and KYC workflows within the banking domain. This role will play a critical part in data migration, SaaS transformation, and workflow optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders across workstreams such as: • Data Remediation • Data & Document Migration • Reporting • Integrations • Analyze current on-premise systems and support migration to SaaS platforms • Participate in internal and vendor meetings, providing functional and technical insights • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements • Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue identification • Manage multiple workstreams and contribute across end-to-end processes • Identify risks, escalate blockers, and propose innovative solutions Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in Banking • Strong knowledge of: • Client Onboarding • KYC processes • Regulatory workflows • Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis • Strong understanding of application integrations and reporting systems • Experience working in Agile or Hybrid environments • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams • Experience with application migration (On-Prem to SaaS) If Interested, send me your updated resume on jagrut@wiseskulls.com
