Role description
We are seeking an experienced Temenos Transact (T24) Developer with 6+ years of strong expertise in Derivatives and Payments modules to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for a leading financial institution. This position requires a blend of deep technical proficiency, solid business understanding, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality banking solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Temenos Transact (T24), specifically within the Derivatives and Payments domains.
• Customize and enhance modules using TAFJ architecture, jBase/Pickbasic, Temenos Design Studio, and IRIS APIs.
• Configure Arrangement Architecture (AA) for derivatives and payment products.
• Develop and maintain local routines, versions, enquiries, and interfaces using Temenos Integration Framework (IF) and TCIB.
• Work closely with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
• Temenos Transact (T24) Development: Strong hands-on experience with TAFJ, jBase/Pickbasic, Bitbucket, Temenos Design Studio, and IRIS APIs.
• Derivatives Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the DX (Derivatives) module, including understanding of derivative instruments such as swaps, options, and futures, and their lifecycle.
• Payments Module Knowledge: Proven experience in domestic and international payment flows, including ISO 20022 formats, ACH, and Fedwire.
• Arrangement Architecture (AA): Ability to configure and customize AA for derivatives and payment products.
• Integration & Customization: Proficiency in Temenos Integration Framework (IF), TCIB, and related components.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Awareness of US regulatory requirements for derivatives and payments.
• Familiarity with the Wealth Management industry.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience in T24 upgrades, data migration, and EOD/EOM configurations for fees, charges, or taxes.
• Spanish language knowledge is an added advantage.
