β’ Preferred technical experience includes Windows administration, Linux administration, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HumanβMachine Interfaces (HMIs), Operator Interface Panels (OIPs), client/server architectures, Penguin (Stratus) ztC Edge and ft Server technologies.
β’ Handsβon experience troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting PLC and HMI systems, including current and legacy hardware and PLC programming platforms such as Rockwell Studio 5000, Emerson PAC Machine Edition, B&R Automation Studio. HMI Application Experience: FactoryTalk View SE, Inductive Automation Ignition,
7-10 years of experience supporting Terminal Automation Systems (Top tech TMS) and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments within refined fuels or related industrial domains.
Primary Technical Skills (Mandatory)
β’ TMS (Terminal Management System) β TMS6 / TMS7 support and troubleshooting
β’ Linux / Red Hat β command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management
β’ MySQL β basic queries, transaction and data validation
β’ OT integrations & transaction flow knowledge β Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman
β’ Ability to troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment
Secondary ITSM / Operational Skills
β’ Incident Management β issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution
β’ P1 / P2 Incident Handling β experience in participating critical incidents and participating in bridge calls
β’ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) β identify root causes and implement corrective / preventive actions
β’ Vendor Escalations β coordination with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking
β’ Experience working within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure)
Mandatory Work Requirements as TMS support is critical
β’ Flexible to work in US/night shifts
β’ Willing to participate in rotational on-call support
