Job Title: Terraform Engineer Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite) Mode: Contract Work Authorization: GC-EAD & -EAD Job Description: • Deep expertise in Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, including architecture, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable, reusable Terraform modules for secure, production-grade multi-cloud deployments. • Hands-on experience managing complex infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), including compute, storage, IAM, networking, and serverless services with a focus on high availability, cost optimization, and security compliance. • Advanced knowledge of TFE capabilities including workspace orchestration, Sentinel policy-as-code enforcement, remote state management, variable sets, and dynamic provider configurations. • Designed, implemented, and governed multi-cloud network topologies using Terraform modules, enabling standardized, automated provisioning of environments: • AWS: VPCs, subnets, NAT/IGWs, route tables, security groups, transit gateways, load balancers, VPN/Direct Connect, and PrivateLink. • Azure: VNets, subnets, NSGs, application gateways, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, private endpoints, and service integrations via ARM/Bicep when necessary. • Google Cloud Platform: VPCs, firewall rules, Cloud Interconnect, private services access, and IAM policies. • Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, automating builds, testing, and infrastructure deployments. • Proficient in containerization and orchestration, with production experience in Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, including deployment automation, cluster scaling, ingress configuration, and secret management. • Expert-level scripting and automation skills using Python, Golang, Bash, and PowerShell to build custom tools, automation scripts, and API integrations with cloud services, ticketing systems, and internal tools. • Experience implementing infrastructure governance, policy enforcement, and cost control, leveraging tools such as Azure Policy, AWS Config, and FinOps practices. • Strong focus on monitoring, logging, and observability, using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Google Cloud Platform Operations Suite to support infrastructure health and compliance. • Advocate for DevOps and GitOps best practices, promoting infrastructure-as-code versioning, peer-reviewed changes, reusable templates, and standardized deployment processes across teams and environments. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multi-cloud automation-driven environment.
