Role description
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Terraform Engineer to join their team. As a Terraform Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Operations team supporting various development and architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Terraform Engineer Location: Omaha, NE/Greenwood, CO Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour(Only W2) What's the Job? โ€ข Work closely with development and architecture teams to revamp the Landing Zone infrastructure for applications on the Azure platform. โ€ข Deploy and provision Azure-based platforms/infrastructure according to design and architectural guidelines. โ€ข Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting mechanisms for application infrastructure. โ€ข Implement robust security controls and best practices for the application. โ€ข Develop a reliable backup and disaster recovery strategy for all systems. What's Needed? โ€ข 1-3 years of proven experience as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer or similar role, focusing on Azure-based infrastructure setup and management. โ€ข Familiarity with Azure services, including virtual machines, virtual networks, and Azure App Services. โ€ข Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. โ€ข Knowledge of Azure monitoring and alerting services like Azure Monitor and Azure Application Insights. โ€ข Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Azure DevOps.
