Role description
Title: The Senior Analyst - Digital Optimization Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid, 2 days a week Duration: 6+ Months Contract. Interview Mode : Phone + Video Job Description Key Responsibilities • Analyze digital customer behavior, experiment results, and performance data. • Query and extract data using SQL and analytics platforms. • Develop insights and recommendations to improve digital experiences. • Create executive-level presentations and storytelling decks. • Present findings to business stakeholders and leadership teams. • Support multiple concurrent A/B tests and optimization initiatives. • Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure accurate experiment measurement and reporting. Required Skills • 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Insights, or Optimization. • Strong SQL and data analysis skills. • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, KPI measurement, and statistical analysis. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. • Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholder-facing experience. • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Preferred Skills • Experience with Quantum Metric or similar digital experience analytics tools. • eCommerce, digital product, or mobile app analytics experience. • Familiarity with UX research and customer journey analysis. • Experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Target. • Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
