ThoughtSpot Developer / Data Analytics Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a ThoughtSpot Developer / Data Analytics Specialist to design, build, and optimize search-driven analytics solutions within the Commercial & Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase. This role will focus on developing end-to-end BI and analytics solutions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact insights that support risk management, compliance, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong ThoughtSpot development expertise, hands-on SQL and Python skills, and experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS) in a highly regulated enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities ThoughtSpot & Analytics Development • Design, build, and maintain ThoughtSpot Liveboards and interactive search-driven analytics solutions • Develop and manage ThoughtSpot data models, including TML and worksheets • Optimize dashboards and queries for performance, scalability, and usability Data Engineering & Pipelines • Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines feeding ThoughtSpot • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based transformations • Work with AWS cloud services to support analytics and data workflows Business Intelligence & Reporting • Deliver analytical solutions supporting risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting • Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams across the CIB • Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and releases • Support CI/CD practices, application resiliency, and production readiness Required Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot (Liveboards, Search, TML, Worksheets) • Advanced proficiency in SQL • Experience developing data solutions using Python • Strong understanding of data modeling and BI best practices • Experience working in Agile delivery environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AWS cloud services • Background in financial services, particularly banking, risk, or compliance • Exposure to GenAI-enabled analytics or advanced analytical techniques • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
