Role description
Job Role : BI Analyst/ThoughtSpot Developer Location : Tampa, FL Long Term Contract Job Description: β€’ ThoughtSpot (search-driven analytics, dashboards) β€’ Payment domain knowledge (transactions, fraud, settlements) β€’ SQL and data modeling fundamentals β€’ Data platforms: Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift β€’ Strong analytical and business communication skills β€’ Key Responsibilities:Use ThoughtSpot to analyze high-volume payment transaction data including authorizations, settlements, refunds, and declines. β€’ Build and maintain search-driven dashboards and KPIs for payment success rates, latency, failures, and throughput. β€’ Support fraud and risk analysis by identifying anomalies, chargebacks, and suspicious transaction patterns. β€’ Monitor payment operations such as gateway performance, SLA breaches, retry rates, and processor health. β€’ Assist finance teams with revenue, settlement, and reconciliation reporting across banks, gateways, and merchants. β€’ Enable self-service analytics for business users including product, risk, finance, and operations teams. β€’ Work with data engineers to consume curated datasets from Kafka streams, data lakes, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
